Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
